Good health to everyone. My name is Labya Ja Bu. I am in the tenth grade at Alen Bum School for Internally Displaced Children. My present feeling is that Burmese soldiers are abusing and killing Kachin people of all ages. We are beaten by mosquitoes and sandflies in the forests and mountains, and children are always hungry and afraid, fleeing without even receiving an education or having time to play. It seemed like a blind man had been bound and forced to walk. I’m in such a depressed state. I’m desperate to get out of this mess. I put a lot of time and effort into this painting. As a result, I’d want to appeal to all of my friends, near and far, to purchase this painting of mine with compassion. God bless you all!
